We stay in close contact with local Fire Marshal's office to not only ensure full compliance but to also ultimately save lives.  The Fire Marshal's office has been tasked with a very important role within our communities and it is our responsibility to stay in lock-step with them for a shared success. 
 


We will execute the below upon arrival in preparation for Fire Marshal visits:

1. Assess the extent and expected duration of needed fire watch.
2. Inspect all areas of the property to confirm any additional emergency risks. 
3. Coordinate with Property Manager and Facility Maintenance Manager of FireWatch Monitors routes and locations, exchange emergency contact information as well as procedures. 
4. Issue compliance notice to all affected parties (Property Management Co, Fire Department, Insurance Co,).
5. Post notice that Fire Watch Services is in effect.
6. Conduct and log Fire Watch Monitors patrol of designated areas every 30 minutes unless otherwise authorized by Fire Marshal.
7. Provide continuous communication with affected parties (Property Manager, Facility Maintenance Manager, Fire Marshal office).
