Planned impairments

The provision of outage services is meant for routine fire protection systems inspection, testing and maintenance. In case of a pre-planned impairment, FIREWATCH DMV can provide the necessary management support through a trained impairment coordinator. Construction of an impairment plan that will ensure lives and property are safe from any danger is done by our impairment coordinator.

Emergency Impairments

Such emergency impairments are sudden or unexpected occurrences where fire safety systems have been intentionally made inoperative which require immediate physical presence. Quick response time becomes essential in the event of unplanned impairments. The FIREWATCH DMV 's call to its impairment coordinator results in two hours’ duration that would be used to evaluate the property and come up with an appropriate impairment plan.
